I have over 20 years experience of property management services. My experience includes on-site management of multi-unit complexes and off-site management of over 200 commercial and residential properties, that consists of over 2500 units, throughout the Bay Area. I am a licensed Realtor, a member of Tri-County Apartment Association, California Apartment Association, Bayeast Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and the Institute of Real Estate Management, San Francisco Bay Area Chapter No 21.

In my time as a property manager I have experienced just about every problem in the book, from dealing with tenants, owners, maintenance issues, fires, floods, frozen pipes, and everything in between. One of the most important skills that I have learnt over the years is how to solve problems! I like to be as involved as possible with every property that I manage so that I can keep as in tune as possible and stop problems before they get out of hand.
